OUR SERVICES

Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative psychotherapy is an approach to treatment that involves selecting techniques from different therapeutic orientations that are best suited to the client and the presenting challenge.

By tailoring the therapy to the individual, we consider all aspects of what makes us human. The goal is to help people learn to integrate and understand different aspects of themselves; rather than focusing on a problem from a single perspective or in isolation, this type of therapy can encourage a broader, more integrative point of view.

We believe that people invariably have all the solutions within themselves. These solutions are more likely to arise when they are in an environment of compassion and acceptance – when they can relax and truly be themselves.

OUR SERVICES

Somatic Therapy

By working directly with the trauma-affected nervous system through somatic therapies, we learn to gradually release trauma from the body, creating a space inside ourselves where healing can begin.

As in other forms of talk therapies, clients begin by discuss their problems – but are then encouraged to focus on their underlying physical sensations, and then engage in mind-body exercises that may include breath work, meditation, visualisation, tapping, grounding, and sensation awareness work.

Because of its focuses on grounding and mindfulness, somatic therapy can be an effective option for anyone looking to get more in touch with themselves and their experiences in life.

Hands joined and exchanging energy

OUR SERVICES

Energy Therapy

Energy therapy is a gentle, non-invasive technique that restores harmony, energy, and balance by correcting and clearing pranic – or energy – blockages or imbalances. Energy that is depleted, congested, or diseases are removed to make room for fresh prana.

Maintaining good energy levels protects the mind, body, and emotions from getting drained, and guards against a variety of health conditions.

This therapy stimulates the physical energy circuits of the body which help facilitate its natural healing mechanisms. It also promotes physical health and self-development, enhances memory and creates a healthy environment within the body. It is known to have immediate positive results that can contribute to a better quality of life and wellbeing – providing greater clarity while working on the mind, emotions, body, and spirit.
